Cialis is a long-acting PDE5 inhibitor prescribed for erectile dysfunction and for the signs and symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia.

Take at least 30 minutes before activity. The effect can persist up to 36 hours. Do not take more than one dose per day.

Common: headache, back pain, muscle aches, flushing, nasal congestion. Seek urgent care for sudden vision or hearing loss.

Contraindicated with nitrates. Use caution with alpha-blockers and in significant cardiovascular disease. Avoid grapefruit juice.
