A fixed combination of a short-acting barbiturate, acetaminophen and caffeine, prescribed for the relief of tension (muscle contraction) headache.

Take with food or a full glass of water. Limit use to the shortest period necessary — frequent use can cause medication-overuse headache.

Common: drowsiness, light-headedness, nausea, abdominal pain. Report yellowing of the skin or eyes immediately.

Contains acetaminophen — exceeding 4,000 mg per day can cause severe liver injury. Habit forming. Avoid alcohol entirely.
