A combination of an opioid analgesic and acetaminophen prescribed for pain severe enough to require an opioid, where alternative treatments are inadequate.

Take exactly as prescribed and no more often than directed. Never share this medication. Store it where others cannot reach it.

Common: constipation, nausea, drowsiness, dizziness. Call 911 for slowed or stopped breathing, extreme sleepiness, or unresponsiveness.

Schedule II — no refills. High risk of addiction, overdose and death. Contains acetaminophen; do not exceed 4,000 mg daily from all sources. Keep naloxone available if advised.
